We want every garment from Gent & Chic to feel exactly right. If for any reason it doesn’t, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition. To start a return or exchange, contact our Customer Service team and include your order number along with the reason for the return. Once the item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you quickly and fairly.
